This homepage was created by Online 2020 and is currently being hosted at usj.com.my. Contents are supplied by the Bukit Bendera MP Service Team, with Onliners assisting in updating and further development. The homepage was officially launched by Penang Chief Minister, Tan Sri Dr Koh Tsu Koon.

Since the launching of the Bukit Bendera Online, the volunteer team has made progress and changes has been made to the web site. A new release version was implemented early half of 2001 which provide more user friendly features and additional community tools like to online chat.
